Discontinuous Improvement – A Workshop For The Impatient

Does 5% annual growth feel like an attractive prospect? Or do you think it should be 25%, or 50%?

This workshop is for businesses who feel that still have the potential for significant growth, and are searching for the way to achieve it. You may feel that you are stuck on a plateau; after a period of rapid growth progress has slowed or even stopped altogether. Or maybe you simply look at the market and realise that you are still only scratching the surface. Either way, you are impatient. You still see the potential for more but you are not seeing the results you know are possible.

The good news is that it is possible to get moving again. You haven’t exhausted the possibilities of your business, or reached the limit of your management skill. You simply need different tools, different ways of doing things which will take the business to the next level.

This workshop will give you those new tools. The unique difference is leverage. There are many things you could do, but the reality is that you have a limited amount of time, money and energy. What matters is not coming up with a long list of actions, but identifying those two or three actions which will produce the greatest impact and get you the results you want.
